Good afternoon everyone,

I wanted to see if anyone else had found the Miscellaneous Quest Kill the Hagraven Petra. Some other witch in a cage asks you to set her free to go kill Petra. Well I decided to check it out first then come back for the witch. Petra attacked me at the top and I destroyed her then went to get the other witch. the witch made it to the top and won't let me talk to her, she said she had some staff for me if I killed Petra. There is the white arrow marker over Petras corpse. any ideas on what I can do? besides going back to a previous save. Also someone please let me know if there is a better place on the forums for this post
