Even though it's listed as weighing 0.0 when I got rid of twenty thousand units of it I was much lighter than before.Either this is a glitch or the game ismply doesn't display to hundreths.

Each unit weighs 0.001400, so you had 28 pounds of lead. Anything truly weightless, at least for PC, shows up as -- rather than 0.0

I see,It's odd to make all ammo components but Lead weightless.Maybe they should make Lead weightless as well?
