So whenever I reach level 16, and decide where to put my skills, I can't choose a perk. Even if the perk is unlocked, the done button is not highlight, and when I press x nothing happens. Can anyone else explain this? Or what should I do to solve this problem? I have tried shutting off, and turning on the xbox- even leveling like this without completing the "Return To Sender" mission. No matter how I get to level 16 I am still faced with this problem.

So let me get this straight so i can understand better. You have the choice to pick a perk as its highlighted right ? and your picking your perk by pressing button A ? but then it won't give you the option to continue with button X ?

If this is the case, that's very weird and a first i have heard of. You sure you are selecting the perk by pressing A first and not X ?

I'm positive, it just will not let me continue.
