I've got great Khans in Nellis in the hanger they've replaced Loyal and Jack!!

In red rock drug lab, when trying to do Aba Daba Honeymoon, I'm a few points short on survival to get the great khans jack to make hydra. If I use a Lad's life to up my survival points, the hydra option disappears from the dialog. As soon as lads life wears off, the hydra option is back! I can't go any further in the quest!
