How do I start the BoS Missions? : Fallout: New Vegas

I can't seem to find them? I head to the map marker and it is just a stone that I can put stuff in. Thanks

From the rock, turn your camera so that the top arrow on your compass is one notch left of the NW. The bunker should be right in front of you.

Thanks for the assist! I found the bunker but no one's there?

It is the Westernmost Bunker in Hidden Valley. There is a video on youtube also if you are still having trouble finding it.
