I saw a modder's resource earlier today that gave me a brilliant idea, but i have no idea how to begin.

Now, I do not want to be able to play as Spider Jarusalem, or even have the option. He is awesome, but it makes no gorram sense for him to be in New Vegas...which is why his presence would be a great addition to Wild Wasteland!

basically, I want to create a new Wild Wasteland encounter...if you have the perk, you will find Spider tapping away at his computer in the Lucky 38 Cocktail Lounge. Will not engage in conversation, and will only snarl a nasty series of obscenities if you attempt. Killing him will allow you to get his glasses, his Bowel Disrupter, and a copious amount of Mentats, Jet, and Med-X.

How possible is this? Have I bitten off more than I can chew?
