Escaping Dead Money

So I'm stuck in the Dead Money area, and no matter how hard I try, I just can't get into this DLC. After 20 minutes of playing I get so incredibly bored I just end up hitting alt+F4... It's not hard at all like people say, its just really dull, colorless, repetitive, and boring. There's no exploration, no real combat. I went into it with an open mind and it's just not my kind of game. I played New Vegas for weeks straight, thoroughly enjoyed it, now I can't even put in the 10 hours to get by Dead Money just so I can return to the fun. Is there any shortcut or combination of cheats (console?) I can use to skip it? If not, I'm probably just gonna say heck with it and not play this game anymore. Sorry to the people who enjoyed it, I just can't get into it.

Reload a save and don't do it.

Or if your on pc there may be console commands to just rapidly complete the quest or you can activate god mode and just sprint through the whole thing.

No real combat? Are the ghost people fake or something?

Your statements about no exploration and no real combat are false. Either you haven't taken the time to look around the SM or your expectations/definitions of "exploration" and "real combat" are... skewed.

I like Dead Money. It's tense, it forces you to pay attention, and it's tense (yeah, repetition for effect). Plus I get a lot of gold at the end (even though I'm not supposed to).
