So i'm looking down my scope at a target not too far away, i have my sights squarely on bad guy's torso, waiting for just the right moment. Upon pulling the trigger, my bullet goes... well, somewhere, but no where near the target who still has no idea he's being shot at.

Can anyone point me to a fix for the bullet spread... thing?

Try auto aim fix, headshot edition. Its on fo3 nexus forum. Do the simple master change and it works like a champ in new vegas.
