I'm working on the quest "For the Republic, Part II" and just got the "Oh, My Papa" quest to negotiate an alliance with the Khans. The quest sends me back to talk to Colonel Moore about the alliance, but she has no dialogue options regarding that quest. I'm pretty sure it's a bug, but maybe I'm missing something.

yea i think there are numerous other threads about this. Dont know of its fixed or not. Maybe someone has a workaround
