1920x1080 on a 16:9. I have checked my fallout and falloutprefs ini files and one was set to read only...i changed that and it still didn't help. Really need some help on this.
Game is unplayable at this point.

How do you change the resolution and make it stick? I changed it and now it keeps reverting to 1280x800 letterbox on a 16:10 widescreen....no matter how many times i set it to

I believe there are two sets of preferences, Did you check the files in your user/documents/steam/etc. ?

Make sure it is the falloutprefs.ini in the game directory not the one in My Documents>My Games>FNV.
