My performance issues.

Alright so my lag issue isen't with the NPC's I don't think, and I can play at 50-90 FPS on Ultra if im going STRAIGHT only. (Like hitting W and S) but as soon as I move my mouse my fps drops to 10-20 (honestly not that bad its usually above 20fps) the problem is the walls, ground, trees everything has the trembling/shaking effect while i look around untill i stop then it looks fine. I've tried low settings to ultra, still does it, i've tried every fix though I DLed the d3dll from the "nvidia" optimus fix put them in both files and it KINDA runs better STILL does it but not as terribly bad. I've forced vsync off, turned off all AA type settings while under ultra, even tried the set water to low "fix" that didn't help. I've updated my drivers. At a lose on what to do cause i can't take the walls jumping and crap it just hurts my eyes with more then 5mins of constantly seeing it. Any ideas on help?

My Specs if you want a quick glance AMD 6000+ Duel core, 8GB ram, 1gb GF 260 GTX.

The game recommends Ultra settings whichs seems to be fine besides this turning thing. Honestly people say for them outside is worse, but for me inside that starting building you can REALLY notice how bad the rugs, floor, walls tremble around while looking around, but like i said if i go up and down that hallway (with the rugs) i get like 90 FPS and it looks great but you actaully see the walls "freeze" for a moment then like load in the next "pair of wall texture its really weird.

Alright so my lag issue isen't with the NPC's I don't think, and I can play at 50-90 FPS on Ultra if im going STRAIGHT only. (Like hitting W and S) but as soon as I move my mouse my fps drops to 10-20 (honestly not that bad its usually above 20fps) the problem is the walls, ground, trees everything has the trembling/shaking effect while i look around untill i stop then it looks fine. I've tried low settings to ultra, still does it, i've tried every fix though I DLed the d3dll from the "nvidia" optimus fix put them in both files and it KINDA runs better STILL does it but not as terribly bad. I've forced vsync off, turned off all AA type settings while under ultra, even tried the set water to low "fix" that didn't help. I've updated my drivers. At a lose on what to do cause i can't take the walls jumping and crap it just hurts my eyes with more then 5mins of constantly seeing it. Any ideas on help?

My Specs if you want a quick glance AMD 6000+ Duel core, 8GB ram, 1gb GF 260 GTX.

The game recommends Ultra settings whichs seems to be fine besides this turning thing. Honestly people say for them outside is worse, but for me inside that starting building you can REALLY notice how bad the rugs, floor, walls tremble around while looking around, but like i said if i go up and down that hallway (with the rugs) i get like 90 FPS and it looks great but you actaully see the walls "freeze" for a moment then like load in the next "pair of wall texture its really weird.

I have the same issues with gtx 480 cpu quad 4ghz. Also bad NPC fps. I heard the d3d9.dll works. But I am waiting for a patch.

I wish i had a positive responce for you. But i havent seen any responce to this issue other than the player base.

The only thing offical on this issue was a higher level person in bethesda waving there hand @ it and saying its a "user related issue"
Other than that i dont think theres much hope.

The players have been working hard on some duct tape/bailen wire type fixes and the reports have been positive. But i wouldent suggest waiting for help because i dont think its comming.

*sighs a bit* if I wasen't so worried about my 360 RROD on me for a fourth time I would of bought this on 360.. even though I much rather play it on PC.. such a waste of money why can't company's build working products anymore?!

I think more people with this issue needs to be posting so it can get as much attention as the steam "fixes" that apparently didn't work but at least bethesda would reply to it

Updated nvidia drivers today and still doesn't help the looking around studdering issue as it is a game issue and not a FPS issue it seems.. any word on a patch to fix this yet and am I the only one? I know I can't be.

Updated drivers today too, made it worse. I get around 40 until i move the mouse then it all goes to hell. At least it sees all gpus now. Also when i go to loot a body (or interact with anything) it sounds like a cd skipping for a second or two, then opens up and i go on my way. The nVidia update made it worse by far. Ive even reformatted for this game.
