No Response from Bethesda Support

Post » Wed Jan 05, 2011 11:06 am

I am just wondering if anyone else can get a response from Bethesda Support? I wrote three emails, got one response. I replied as asked with my DX DIAG, days later nothing. I am with Layman where I can't even play this game. It crashes immediately after the opening cinematic. I am regretting my pre-purchase of this game, and definitely severely worried about my pre-purchase of Brink. (I know, it doesn't even have a demo out, I just thought it looked amazing.) I wish Bethesda would stop patching the game for those who can play it, and get us on board too. Or better yet test the game before release.

From my experience and the way they've delt with bugs/stuttering and frameskipping , the developers are a bunch of useless tossers!. They sit on their backsides and just wait for the modders to fix everything for them!

The only way to hurt a big company is by starting a law suit. Class action law suit. They dont care they got your money already. Steam or bethesda never stated that you need the interent to play the game at least it doesnt say on the box. Spread the word dont buy the game, kill the sales!

Good luck with that.

Sure they did. Look right beside the GFW logo on the back of the box.The red square that says "Requires an internet connection and free Steam account to activate."

Dude,

I so wish this would happen. But unfortunately we all are too pathetic to do this. I mean most of the sales probably come from the pre-order(i.e. myself). What we really need to do is stop buying Bethesda games. Again, its a great idea but we all end up loving the games (once they are fixed) so we end up buying them anyway. I read an interesting article on some blog about how the game is receiving great ratings and buy ratings from everyone because as game consumers we have begun to accept the flaws and other than cry about it we don't really do anything to change it.
