Ok, so, when I complete I Put A Spell On You in one specific way, my save files become corrupt.

I can progress (at least so far, without new corruption to my save) past I Put a Spell On You ONLY by allowing the monorail to blow up. If I defuse the bomb (either with access code or defusing with science/explosives) my save corrupts. Doesn't matter if Curtis is dead or alive. If I allow the monorail to explode, I can continue and my save is fine.

Corrupted saves cause a crash to desktop. This occurs even if I use the monorail to go to the Strip.
