A Couple of Things

Hello,

I am one of the many gamers that pre-ordered FNV from GameStop and received a code for the Classic Pack DLC. Now I do not believe that this has anything to do with the Merchant problem but this is the issue;

I will be trading with a merchant and notice that he/she has two or more of the same item that I wish to purchase.
I will opt to purchase the said item.
After pressing 'X' to accept the transaction, the items I have purchased seem to automatically consolidate into one.
Sometimes this item will be as if I had repaired one and be in perfect condition, however other times it seems as though the game has chosen one of the items and done away with the duplicates.
This is only frustrating when I desperately need all of the items to repair an item I have and in the sense that I am losing caps because of this.
Also, this is not just exclusive to Armor and Weapons, but common items as well.

The DLC Issue;

I noticed this on my second playthrough as I am trying to explore the Wasteland a lot more.

I purchased the 10mm Pistol Laser Sight mod.
Modded my Weathered 10mm Pistol.
Now whenever I have the gun ready for combat, my screen (First Person) is filled with a light red shade.
When I am in the Cinematic Kill Cam and the camera focus' on my character, there is a large red shade almost a very oversized 'visor' if you will in front of him/her.
Also, while I have the weapon drawn, the gun is invisible and makes no sound while firing or reloading.
The gun does shoot and will kill.
The shot is always high and slightly to the left.
This becomes increasingly annoying when on the prowl or in low light situations as visibility is cut drastically because of the light red shade.
I sold the gun to be rid of the nuisance, but liked have a nostaligic Weathered 10mm Pistol.

Those are the only two bugs I've had trouble with thus far.

Good job Obsidian, I believed in you ladies and gentlemen even when others doubted. You've taken a great game (Fallout 3) and revolutionized it.

Thanks for your time.

The 10mm pistol thing at least is a ubiquitous one. They didn't (as I understand it) make the graphics for a modded version of the Weathered 10mm so you get an error glyph instead (a red triangle with a white exclamation point if you can see it right).

Presumably they'll fix that in the patch.
