ED-E not following property

This happens right after you get upgrade for his lasers from the Followers Quest. Everytime when I go to fast travel or go into buildings/caves he just stay where we spawn at and not move. :obliviongate:

Fire him and re-hire him.
That usually fixes a similar problem for me.
