While doing the "Talent Pool" quest, I recruited 2 people, then returned to the Tops. Now i can not exit or enter the Strip without my game crashing. Apparently you have to only recruit one person at a time. Bethesda tells me to reload to a prior game save. But because i went to the Strip asap after the game started, I will lose 15+ levels if I reload a prior save file. Bethesda, I want this fixed. Id like to play my game again.

I had the same issue. Do you have the cowboy hat....and can you wear it before exiting?

That fixed it for me.....was also crashing when talking to Comedian at the gate going into the strip from Ultra Lux side....wore hat and fixed the glitch.
