Getting back into the strip.

I've already been in the strip and played mos of the games. Now I have over 4,000 caps and I want to get the luck implant. It would leave me with just over a few hundred caps. Will I be allowed back into the strip since now I don't have the 2,000 cap minimum?

Yes. Once you get in the first time, your're never checked again. (Even if you sneak in via Camp Mccaren.)
