So im in the Camp McCarran terminal thing and i speak to Curtis and all of a sudden he gives me this quest....but it seems like its meant to carry on from something else which ive never heard anything about, something about creating an alibi and blowing stuff up? just came out of nowhere!

also i dont get an option on that woman whos keeping the guy prisoner to interrogate him even though Hsu said i could

and i also cant find Major Dhatri, ive been searching the place for an hour now, every square inch and havent seen him, where is he?

With regards to Curtis: I am not sure. Only time I ever spoke to him was right before I killed him in the Control Tower.

With regards to Boyd: Your Rep needs to increase with the NCR before you are let in to interrogate the prisoner.

With regards to Major Dhatri - he is the one that starts you off on the bounty hunts, correct? If so, he is by the prewar trucks just as you enter the Camp... if not idk.
