So, does anyone know if they're going to give DLC to both consoles? Trying to decide which to get it for.

There WILL be DLC, but we don't know of what yet. DLC is for PS3, 360, and PC.

360 gets their DLC first. I wish it weren't so, but at least I have both PS3 and 360. Gotta love XBOX Live for getting some of the better downloadables and first shot at DLC. Not fanboying here, but I only use the PS3 for its exclusive titles. The quality is just way higher with PS3 exclusives. Everything else is great with 360.

Like i've said many, many times before....i hope fallout NV is good on all systems.
Why?...because it benefits everyone...developers/games companies, money & popularity wise. That then effects us,meaning the franchise is more likely to continue,to make more fallouts & elder scrolls etc...& allow them to invest in better quality games, engine etc.
But i will say....Why are most demo's etc shown on 360?
Is it more stable? maybe
Is it more popular? yes
Is it easy to make games for? yes
Do bethesda, obsidian prefer 360 or PS3? who knows...maybe they cant answer that for many reasons.
That just my view...but you do have to ask why ( like i said ) most demo's etc are shown on 360.
I'm not having a go at the PS3,i'm sure its a good console, but i prefer xbox...& if i could afford it,i would prefer a high end PC.
Anyway i hope the game is great for everyone :)

One possibility that strikes me with regard to why demos are on 360- easier to lock players into a particular area to prevent them seeing things Obsidian doesn't want seen yet? (No console commands, so gates locked to restrict "movement in demo" means even someone who knows the console command to unlock anything and everything still can't get through.)

Just a theory...

Since the OP's question has been answered, and we have a few other Platform Threads, this one has served it's purpose.
