Anyone else have this problem? ON my previous file...he had 100 in repair. On my new file, it's nerfed to 95. I thought it might be the patch so I cleared my cache...and his repair is still 95. Anyone have this problem? Anyone know any work arounds? Can you get him to wear ANY of the jumpsuits that up repair by 5?
