Well, I just finished my first playthrough, in which I had hardcoe mode activated the entire time, on the Xbox 360, and I received no achievement. I know I should have no reason to be frustrated as I didn't play hardcoe mode for the purpose of achievements, and I intend on playing through the game again on hardcoe anyway, but this still does annoy me to some extent. The only reason I could imagine would cause this would be the fact that I skipped the credits, but I think that'd be an odd reason not to give the achievement.

I've had numerous experiences myself where achievements won't unlock, despite me doing exactly what was required. Funnily enough, these achievements tend to pop up randomly when I play, even if it's on a different save. I dunno, it might happen to you aswell :shrug:

I noticed at the time that I didn't get an achievement but forgot about it until reading your post. So I guess that means I'm over it. :dance:

Same here. Finished my game on harcore and never got the achievment. It's kind of lame but it's an achiement. I can live without.
