found and open the bunker

returned to vegas, met house

He takes the chip

shows me the video for upgraded securiton

then I don't get the chip back and I can no longer proceed in the game with regards to House Always Wins II - you need the chip to upgrade the securitrons in the bunker/spoiler]




so effectively ending the House questline.
