Josh Sawyers birthday

Post » Mon Dec 20, 2010 6:26 am

Screwing around on the forums I saw that Josh Sawyers birthday is on the 18th. What a coincidence that Fnv comes out one day later.

I think everyone at the office should get him a copy of Fnv so he'd have a stack of like 100 just sitting in a closet. That'd be hilarious.

So first a birthday party then a launch party...
I bet the release date was Sawyer's idea. :shifty:

Should we like have a Forum Party or something? Someone want to set up a paypal to all chip in and buy a gift?

Or a faked up box of the "Van Buren" Fo3 as if it had been released...

I would, but I barely know how to buy things with my paypal account, much less turn it into a donation box.

We already ARE giving him a gift... Aren't we all buying FONV and making him and the rest of the Obsidian folks a little bit richer?

It somewhat pertains to New Vegas as the release dates only 1 day after.

A birthday present to him would be to buy this game! I'm sure the greatest gift he could ask for would be for HIS fallout game to see the light of day.....

I can't even get paypal to work properly. They want me to send them copies of my drivers license, mailing address, bank statement, and credit card statement. Screw all that.

As for Mr. Sawyer's birthday, I kinda' liked the idea of a mock-up Van Buren Fallout 3 box but maybe it would make him sad?

What about a Fallout themed http://www.tokyomango.com/tokyo_mango/2009/12/a-sleeping-bag-you-can-walk-in.html? This way he can run from bears if he's camping, or run through other camping grounds making strange noises so people think he's a martian.

Happy Early-Birthday Josh.
You get some portion of 60$ that I spend the day before my birthday on a game, I get a late birthday gift of this game, you get a late birthday gift of thousands of dollars after stores are sold out and restock on the game.
My gift to you, is a pre-order, so that my local gamestop runs out of F:NV copies even quicker, gets a high demand for restock, restocks, and you get some-thing of a profit.
I will be purchasing DLC as well.
Man JS and I, we both are getting each other some nice late B-Day gifts, huh?

Doesn't he like motorcycles? What do motorcycle people need? Maybe a helmet with the hair of the Vault Boy painted on it? A custom embroidered leather jacket with "13" on the back, in yellow?

It'd have to be a blue leather jacket.

When it's his Birthday maybe we can have a thread about it, that is if anyone remembers to make one just a day before release. That will be a wild day here.

But for now this is just a bit of spam.
