I took this perk when it was first available. I am level 22 now and have never seen her. Not once.

And yes, I know what it should look like. I played original Fallout 3 with the Mysterious Stranger perk =p And yes, I did not just imaging I picked the perk - it shows up on my Pip-boy. SHE just never shows up in VATS.

So, what should I do to get her to show up? I've been just playing through the game without her so far. But its incredibly obnoxious to waste a talent on a perk that is literally useless - providing no additional bonus, content, or anything. Just a lost talent.

Any help would be appreciated. It'd be cool to see what she looks like before I'm finished with this game =p
