Anyone else run into this problem.

I enter the room in Lucky 38 where Mr. House is large on a moniter (I have already done what he wanted bellow ceasar's fort) I have access to the presidential suite. But I cant seem to talk to him. I get "Mr. House" but no letter "E" to enable an exchange.
Is this a known bug?
I have done the latest update with no change in the problem.
Thanks for any help.

BTW I did need to type Setally 1267AB 0001B2A4 because of the known issue of the computers in lucky 38 and vault 9 weapon systems holding the same ally settings.
