Since the patch at certain times there are holes and glitchs in the world where there are red triangles with white explanation points. I never had this before the patch and now ive encountered this several times, in the gamorah casino and by the brotherhood of steel safe house. Below is a link to a photo of what im experiencing.

On PC, those warnings indicate a missing "mesh" which is a wireframe 3D model of an object in the game. I'm not on console so I can't tell you what you have to do to fix it, sorry. But it looks like something did not download or install properly.

I haven't run into this one yet (thank God), but it seems to me that your download was corrupted. As with the last issue, you might try clearing your XBox cache and re-downloading the update.

Thanks everyone I'm going to try and clear my cache and redownload and see if that helps. Cause right now it is really annoying with all of these glitches everywhere that I cant make it to certain places.

As mentioned by Balok... are you on a PC? If so, this is more than likely a file missing from one of your folders (what were those !'s anyway, where they enemies coming at you? trees? have you found any more?). You may have better luck in the PC issues section getting information about this.

If this is an Xbox glitch... well, it's a new one
