Does anyone have any information on the level requirements to buy the AMR from the Gun Runners ? Or a position where i can find this ?

Im not 100% sure but I think there there is no level requirement. You just need to have enough caps. You could kill some veteran NCR rangers, some have one.

It was there the first time I went there tbh (maybe lvl 20?). ~6000 caps, strength 8 requirement.

Well the first time i came along this place they had no good items at all except a few exceptions. I read a few forums and they sad to wait a few days to refresh there stock, so i did this over and over again and still no AMR. I was just wondering if there is any possible requirements to make the AMR appear?

You have ot leave the area and wait, the respawn happens after (i think its 3 days, but might now be) of you not being in the cell.

Gun Runners carries it, very expensive but, IMO the best weapon in the game.

At the Gun Runner vendor store for 4K-6K caps or as a loot drop from a NCR Ranger Veteran.

The Brotherhood of steel have oen for sell too.

After a few horus in-game I cheated myself one (reloaded and played normally after trying it out) for testing purposes and it requires 8 strength and 100 gusn to use effectively. That being said if you like sniping that rifle is your "The "One Ring", it's your preciousssss... you HAVE to get it!

What the others have said is correct: gun runners, NCR veterans and the BOS bunker.
