snowglobe collection question

Post » Mon Jan 24, 2011 5:05 pm

I found a few snow globes early on, and brought them to the Luck 38 where I sold them to Mr. House's robot 'wife'.

Later on, I decided to take things into my own hands and disabled Mr. House. Now his 'wife' is gone and I have more snow globes. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do with them.

I don't really mind that part. My main question is this: if I find them all, but don't put them in the display (since I can't anymore), do I still get the achievement for finding all the snowglobes?

It's no biggie either way, I just have to decide whether or not I'm going to search for them on this character, or on my next.

--- oh , and on a side-note, I just noticed that I've been a member of these forums for over 8 years now... wow!

You should still get the achievement either way. I am playing on the PS3 and I had all 7 of the snow globes well before I knew about Mr. House's wife and I got the trophy. I hope that helps. Also, congratulations on the 8 years!!

But do they get stuck in your inventory, taking up weight?

Thanks, that answers my question.

I guess they probably do get stuck. It won't let me drop them because it says it's a quest item.

For the -minor spoiler- quest where you help the ghouls go into space, I got the ignition fuel stuff from the toy rockets, but I picked up all of them, somewhere around 115, and since they're quest items, I can't drop them, at least they don't weigh anything.
