Techy question to Obsidian devs

Post » Tue Feb 01, 2011 10:55 am

NIFTools handles the creation of NIFSkope and the 3DS max plugin. For some reason or another, gamesas hasn't released any official model dev tools since Oblivion.

And unfortunately, the 3DS Max plugin has no developer, so it's pretty much fallow since last year. I'm really really hoping that the plugin as-is can figure out a FONV mesh, because I'm SOL too, and I don't want to have to deal with Blender's obtuse and unintuitive interface.

well the good news is atleast we will be able to add our own meshes useing the system that we already have.

i follow the line of, export mesh, open & swap via nifscope & get it into game... id love some obsidion guy to come along & say, hears an new vagas exporter that will let you export your model strait into new vagas.

after all, these guys are makeing the game with 3dmax or whatnot, a little help or make things a lil easyer for us would be cool ;)
