Anybody have a problem with some guy called No.8 following you around? I was out near the lake during the bomber mission and this npc No.8, came outta nowhere and is following me around? I try to talk to him, it won't let me. Is there any erase code in the console? Is this supposed to happen? He's wearing the same armor as the box art.
