will the new patch fix the render unto caesar issue (invisible companion, in my case rex) which stops me from entering caesar's tent thus prohibiting me from starting the quest?

Also in "we will all go together" the direction marker leads me to a place between two buildings that doesn't have any ghouls alive or dead and there are no dog tags there either, which means I can't complete the quest.
