First to be a little positive I'd like to say that it's great that Bethesda and Obsidian continue to fix this great game little by little, and hopefully one day next year it will be fully fixed (or at least fixed enough where save games load and freezes stop happening).

Anyways with the latest patch, my saved games load most of the time. What frustrates me is the seemingly random nature to it, with a lot of my games still not loading. Over 60% of my save games load just fine. However about 10% of my save games only reload fine if it's reloaded AFTER another save game that reloaded well. Unfortunately 30% of my other save games just don't reload at all and this is with me saving games POST latest patch install (NOT PRE latest patch). I do notice at times when it fails to load, it logs me out of Xbox Live. Anyways this is very inconvenient but I can survive if I save every 5 min.

Now I have a new issue. I went to pick up Cass at the Lucky 38 and drop off Arcade. (All of the followers are there now.) Now the game just won't load the New Vegas strip when I try to leave the Lucky 38.

Now after three full tries of going back to the Xbox Dashboard and restarting the game, I am now able to go to the New Vegas strip.

The New Vegas Strip location consistently doesn't load. Only after x-number (at least 2-3) of tries does it load. Fast traveling to the gate will do the same thing... a constantly spinning loading roulette. So far I've tried it trying to leave the Lucky 38 and entering from the gate.
