I spoke to the doctor in the clinic and asked if the FotA took donations. She said yes, but in 500 allotments. My only options were to exit that branch of dialog or tell her that I didn't have enough.

Problem is that I have >5k caps. I tried exiting the dialog and starting over, however I am now unable to talk to her about the FotA, donations, or anything other than commerce.
