Bethesda! I was so excited when you guys decided to make a Fallout game. I had played Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics so many times I have them memorized, even played the xbox version of BOS. When I heard you guys were creating a Fallout, the makers of one of my favorite xbox games Marrowind and later Oblivion, I was almost in tears in excitement. I am a huge Bethesda fan and an even bigger Fallout fan. So Fallout 3 was released... a little buggy, but AMAZING! Fallout 3 had everything you could ask for from Bethesda on a first Fallout game basis. I was very impressed with everything they did to create such great game for us Fallout freaks (like myself).

That being said, New Vegas... Such a disappointment. I loved the idea that you were bringing in old characters from earlier Fallouts. hardcoe mode wasn't a bad idea for the true survivalist feel. I loved the Las Vegas theme! It is a wonderful idea for the next installment of Fallout. BUT WTF BETHESDA?! This is the GLITCHIEST (I know thats not a word, but you get the idea) Game i have ever played from you guys! Basically the game was already built from Fallout 3 and you hand the Engine over to Obsidian. I thought when another installment of a game series comes out it is suppose to be better... not worse. Bethesda it is driving me crazy as to why you guys would develop a great game that everyone loved, then throw it away to a lesser software company such as Obsidian. I personally would have waited for you guys to finish Skyrim so you, BETHESDA, not Obsidian could build the next Fallout.

I think what upsets me the most about the whole thing is I tried playing this game multiple times, due to having to start over because my saves kept getting corrupted. After about the third time, not to mention all the lock-ups, I was tired of trying. The game wasn't fun at that point. I kept the game on the back burner hoping for a patch that would fix the issues so that I was able to enjoy the game. BUT THE PATCHES NEVER CAME. The patches that were released either didn't fix the issue or created more problems. With this latest patch V1.4 I decided to give it another try. No Dice gentlemen. I am still Bethesda fan, but I am very disappointed in how you guys threw an awesome series out the window when you let Obsidian get their greasy little hands on it. PLEASE DO NOT CONTRACT OUT THE NEXT ONE!!!! You guys do so much better work.

To Obsidian: I will not buy any of your games! Dungeon Siege 3, Was looking forward to it. Not going to buy it now! You ruined one of the best Video game series of all time! Way to go!
