take a look a the new trophies/achivements, notice the trophy titled "Volare!" Now notice the picture.... doesnt it look like cockpit of a helicopter or plane....(to me it looks like a B52) Interesting
now we examine the name, Volare!. In Italian the word volare means "to fly".

just thought i'd point that out. What could it all mean?

many possible potential explanations:

my thoughts is since it is a quest completion achievement, perhaps the quest is about getting parts for a helicopter or such in aid for a group, perhaps for a support weapon as part of a siege on some place in a dispute between two factions. likely it is shot down or otherwise destroyed and you never ever ever get to drive it.... :sadvaultboy:

There is also possibly the Shi in San Francisco who could potentially make them.

Yeah, probably, but this close to release date and with the names of so many factions (most minor) already released I highly doubt that they're in New Vegas.

Maybe there's just one Shi with a broken Vertibird and asks you to fix it... or MURDER...

That cockpit, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!?!? It's like a full cockpit, itssss sooo intense, whoa, whoa, WHOA, omg omg omg omg WOOOOOO ooooo whoa Wooooo yeh, my god look at that, it's starting to look like a airplane cockpit... What does this mean?
