Take a look at the screenshots.. I don't think this is normal..

I'm vilified with the Caesar Legion (where reinforced leather armor).. and yet they see me as friendly?

Oh.. and I have another problem at the Ranger Camp (SouthEast-ish area in the Mojave). Everyone seems friendly at first.. until I walk into the camp.. then they turn hostile. Not sure why... This happens with or without NCR armor on..

I have Boon and EDE with me.. Boon has metal armor on.. anyone experiencing similar issues?
