Came across a rather funny glitch while having the Armoured Vault 13 Suit and Lucky equipped, appeared as though my hand was bent backwards, so that it layed flat with the PCs forearm. It was made even more apparent when I started reloaded and the hand just whent spazztic, and lucky was just floating in midair emptying and reloading itself.

Anyone else come across this?
