Old School Ghoul is completely bugged as Loyal as completely disappeared since I download Dead Money. He is NO WHERE at the base. Trust me I've search LOL. Seems this quest chain has several issues in general looking on the forums. Sometimes you can't get him to trigger the events. For example I can't get him to trigger the speech event after talking to the dude at camp McCarren.

Please fix this
