Killed Caesar/Raided Fort...HELP : Fallout: New Vegas

I just killed everyone in the fort, including Caesar..
It was too get the evidence for the quest 'Oh My Papa'
I was vilified by the legion anyway, as i was working for the NCR...
What does this mean ?
How will effect my playthrough from now on ?

Some people will comment on how you killed Caesar. That's about the only change to expect.

So it wont effect my play through/ quests ?
