Just got my collectors edition strategy guide

Post » Tue Dec 14, 2010 10:58 am

Just to let you all know. It's 480 pages, and the map I have looks pretty massive too.

Has concept art and drawings of the guns and stuff at the last several pages.

I'm reading it now. :foodndrink:

Yes definitely the map you get has two parts, one outlines the factions and the areas they control and the other is like the exploration map and where to find loot and collectibles.

The map is divided up into 6 zones, I'm assuming faction control? Not a spoiler I hope ><

EDIT: There are a [censored]load of weapons. This is Confirmed.

Are you allowed to post info from the guide yet or is it still "taboo" cause i'm curious about the highest strength requirement on weapons. Mostly sniper rifles and automatics.

Let's call it Taboo for another 8 or 9 hours please.

If we keep this to a generic discussion of how awesome the CE Strategy Guide (or not) then it will stay open. The first piece of spoiler information that shows up in this thread will get it locked and deleted.

I'll be getting mine when I go to get the game tomorrow.I really hope they have at least one copy for me...I wouldn't want to try a different Gamestop to buy the guide.

(speculation) Wouldn't duct tape be like Macgyver using it to repair stuff? Either that or the assumption it would be for that and modifying stuff. Kinda amusing to have Duct tape to gag people and take as a slaver lol

How's the artwork in the guide? Did they include concept art and any of the posters? I love that stuff :)

I will with hold my burning questions regarding crafting.

I ordered mine from Amazon on Sun. It should arrive tomorrow. I am glad to hear that it is 480 pages; definitely sounds like it is worth the money. I paid $24.99 with shipping.

Dude, post the House Themes in the Spoiler forum for me!

It's just one of those little things I'd like to know about. I wanna discover everything else myself but uh, yeah, be a star and do that.

I'll take that ice cream. The duct tape is a misc item used in the crafting of a makeshift weapon called a Time Bomb.

That's odd. My CE Guide was $24.98 after shipping, though I'll be getting it on Wednesday.
