Weird graphical bug that just started today.

The game ran fine until today. This just came out of nowhere. I have an i7 920, GTX 470, and 6 GB of RAM so I doubt that's the problem.

I tried verifying game cache but it didn't fix the problem.

I also got rid of all my mods and that didn't work either.

I tried the DX9 dll file and that didn't work.

I also tried changing the graphical settings but that didn't work. In fact, things are even worse when I turned off some of the graphical features

DO other games run well?
Did you try grabbing your cards latest drivers?
Have you tried uninstalling the game (add/remove) and reinstalling it?

...making sure to delete the files left behind in the My Games folder (Leave the Saves folder, but just the saves folder.) and the directory folder itself. Otherwise you just end up using the same ini files and it's not really a "fresh" install.
