So I'm trying to pardon Meyer and pick him as the sheriff. Yet every time I go to the NCRCF. I don't even have any dialog with Meyer, He just keeps saying something along the lines of the NCR are really cleaning up or something.

I've tried talking to Ranger, people in Primm, nothing works. What caused this? and is there any way of breaking this. I think it might be because I did the quest in which you take over the CF before "My Kind of Town" quest. Either way, I don't have any dialog with Meyer or anyone about Meyer.

Any help please?

You can fix the robot in the casino in the city, you will need some material or high enough skills, not sure repair or science.

I know I have other options for the sheriff. Yet I'm wondering what caused this glitch. I should be able to have the option to make Meyer yet I have no dialog with him at all.

another option, go to Mojave outpost (walk down a bit and look in the valley where road lead to edge of the map, you will see statues of 2 men shaking hand)
talk with Major or Col. there (you must have 20 bather).
