To clarify, any Formal Wear will be a tux on a male and fancy dress on a female. Easy way to get Formal Wear is whilst doing the Ultra-Luxe quest line "beyond the beef", if investigating to find Ted Gunderson, after Chauncey gets killed, loot him for the formal wear.
