However, The King is fun to talk to.

Papa Khan has arguably the best voice in the game..

Tabitha actually made me say "what the f" out loud when I got her in VATS.. a super mutant with a wig and hea.. well, you know. lol.

I like the Doc that saves your life.

Also, Big Sal has an awesome voice too, lol. Even though his lines are limited, he's still awesome.

Red Lucy is "hot" (for the fallout engine), and you get to .. "plow her bean field", as Ronald Laren so eloquently put it.

Anyway, as for best NPC, I'd have to say ... *10 minutes later* I don't know... I can't really think of one that stands out as the best. there are definitely unique characters, just none that are quite as memorable (yet) as, say.. Moira Brown, or Collin Moriarty, or even Elder Lyons. (lets not forget Liam Nieson as James)

Hmmm yeah, but no Bittercup or Sydney. Cass and Veronica come close (oooo *squeal* is it a dress?!) but not really.
