what place is the best place for buying gun mods for normal guns (not energy)

Sniper mods, 12.7 smg pistol best found at the 188 in the Female NCR gunmerchants stock.
Lever action mods, The Dinky at Novac Cliff Brisco.
Varmit, 9mm, .375 pistol Goodsprings, Chet.

Hunting rifle / shotgun mods, Novac, Gunrunners, and crimson caravan.

10mm, Trail gun, Brush gun, heck any gun Crimson caravan and Gunrunners.

By the way, did Cliff in Novac always have mods? Everytime I go there it seems he only has general items :shrug:

I've noticed Crimson Caravan selling quite a lot of them.

:rofl: No worries I'm not a gun person at all, though through watching television I know that cops used to use 38's now 9mm's, and baddies use .22's for hits.

Yes he did, first game I did not get much, but he sells laser, plasma, grenade rifle, service rifle, hunting rifle, hunting shot gun, 10mm and lever action mods often.
It's not the full list I bet, but are those he sells the most when I play, and he tends to have 3 - 6 at any time.
