Ok so i just blew up the prison with NCR and Sgt. Lee told me to go see Lt. Hayes or Hayden whatever his name is in Primm. Problem is i cant find him i checked the NCR camp, the outside area of PRimm, Vicky and Vance Cosino, and the Courier place run by the old guy. The Quest i stechnically over so theres no marker to point to him. can someone help me?

But, Isnt Camp Forlorn Controlle by the legion or something? Why the hell would he be walking their?

Also i just realized that Myrers who i picked to be sheriff is also missing lol.

Your thinking of Nelson, Myers should be around Primm somewhere.

Unless they changed his route in the last patch, he has very high chance to be dead before getting to Camp F. Hope. He likes to walk there via Scorpion Gully.

Put if you wait like 24 Hours they make it to their destination with no problem. Don't they? :confused:

some of the NCR NPCs will move that is change locations. if you restore law to prim, the NRC don't think prim needs as many troops there. at another NRC location, a quest is given. once the quest is done. some troops will move to another NRC location. these troops are also part of a minor quest. however you will be told of a troop movement.
