So i just got done beatng vault 34 and i found the pulse gun. i looked it up and bla bla bla ad discovered that the All-American is also supposed to be down there on a flipped table but its isnt here. what the hell happened to it?

Do you have a human companion with you? If so, check their inventory...they may have picked it up.

Companions love the All-American.

...plus they're scripted to occasionally pick up weapons during combat or sometimes just seemingly at random, if it's better than what they're using. They don't always, but it happens.
