Ok soni completed the quest where you take pictures of the signs for Micheal Angelo and I still have the camera... Is there any point to keeping it?

No...but like many quest items in the game I think you can't drop it. You're stuck with it.

None that I can see. However it may be a quest item. If so you are stuck with it. I can't remember.

Sadly you won't need it anymore. But you are stuck with it, there is no way to get rid of it (at least on the console version). but don't worry about that, there is a bunch of quest related stuff that has weigth and no chance to drop it even if you're alredy done with that quest.
