I can't seem to get the slave Siri at the Fort, who is supposed to be able to give healing powder to friends of the Legion, to give me any healing powder.

I am Liked by the Legion, and I am not wearing any faction armour. I have managed to improve her recipe but I have no dialogue option that allows me to obtain healing powder from her, even after waiting 7 days. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
