where in camp mccarren can I find him?

I think if u have the relevant quest selected and switch to the world map u will have a marker to show u exactly where he is at. From what I remember he hangs out around the first recon tent area and moans a lot. (if you stole his kill)

i never found him in vault 3 for some reason. but i bumped into him back at the base. when i talked to him, he acted like he was back at vault 3, funny.

Someone dropped him on his head....he tries to fight his way to Motor-Runner with nothing but a knife. He usually doesn't make it 10 feet before some Fiend blows his head off with a 10mm. I got tired of trying to keep him alive long enough to get to Motor-Runner and just send him home and do it myself.
